We now offer free computer recycling. Drop off your computers, laptops and LCD screens you would like to recycle and we will take care of them for you. We do not take crt monitors.
How do we practice customer service?
Portland PC Repair comes to you. Our onsite service is designed for those who don't want the hassle of removing all the cables, taking the PC to a shop, waiting a week or more for the repair and then reversing the process of reconnecting it. No one likes to be without the use of a PC for more than a day. In most cases we are able to come out the day you call or at least within 24 hours. Isn't it nice to know you'll be up and running ASAP, once you call us?
For those occasion's requiring your PC to go to the shop, we will pick it up, repair it, then bring it back and hook it all up again for you. We promise to keep you informed of any repairs that are needed to get your system up and running correctly again ASAP.
What is our final Promise?
Once you are a customer telephone support for simple issues is free. Also you can use our remote service. . Again, the cost of the HELPDESK will save you even more money, at a minimum of $20, or $20 an hour. Before using HELPDESK you must first download the file Home Remote Helpdesk or Shop Remote Helpdesk to your desktop and then call 971-322-6262 so we can connect to you. If you are not sure how to do this the first time, just give us a call and we will assist you. From then on you can obtain even more help or answers to your PC issues.
